Prior to Robert Half, Ben graduated from Saint John’s University with a BA in economics and previously worked in customer service and hospitality. He loves helping candidates find job opportunities that align with their lifestyle and long-term career goals. Ben also enjoys researching the financial markets and educating both clients and candidates about the labor market.

Jennifer Exsted has been with Robert Half, a global talent solutions firm, for 17 years. She is currently a Practice Director for the Permanent Finance and Accounting practice in Bloomington, MN. She manages a team of recruiting professionals and enjoys training and mentoring individuals that are new to the recruiting profession.
