Thanks Andrew - your recommendations to our community are appreciated!

Brian Tracy has several great books.  Coincidentally, I am currently reading Speak to Win and will pick up Maximum Achievement per your recommendation.  Will also buy Extreme Ownership as well.

As for my favorite reads in 2019, I'd go with Atomic Habits by James Clear, Can't Hurt Me by David Goggins and Principles by Ray Dalio.  Definitely recommend listening to Goggins interviews as he lives an inspiring & dedicated life.

I've read the first three on this list and will seek out the other two.  Thanks for sharing.

My top professional development read in 2019 hands-down was Extreme Ownership by Jocko Willink and Leif Babin.  My runner-up, a classic but always noteworthy, Maximum Achievement by Brian Tracy.

Cheers!
